Oferecemos workshops intensivos (1 dia), cursos modulares (semanais), team-building personalizados e formações online/híbridas adaptadas a equipas e empresas.

Improvisation is...

...a form of artistic expression where everything is created in the moment — without a script, a pre-defined set nor rehearsed characters. Improvisers build stories, scenes, and characters from audience suggestions or various stimuli, relying on listening, creativity, and collaboration.

More than a stage art, improvisation is a powerful tool for life. It develops communication, empathy, adaptability, and teamwork — essential skills both on and off stage.

At Plataforma Improv, we believe that improvisation is for everyone: for those who want to do theatre, for those who want to unlock their creativity, for those who want to communicate better—or simply for those who want to have fun and be surprised.
