Refund Policy
We at Plataforma IMPROV value transparency and respect for our participants. This Refund Policy defines the conditions for cancellation and refund of payments related to workshops, courses, and other training programs offered by us, in accordance with current Portuguese legislation.
1. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the start of the workshop/course: The participant is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made after this date (less than 7 days before the start): A 50% refund of the amount paid will be issued.

After the workshop/course has started: No refunds will be given, regardless of whether the participant attended in full or in part.
2. Refund Request Procedure
Cancellation requests must be made in writing, via email sent to info@plataformaimprov.pt , indicating your full name, the name of the course/workshop, and proof of payment.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
3. Cancellation via the Improv Platform
The IMPROV Platform reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course/workshop, particularly due to force majeure or an insufficient number of registrations.
In these cases, participants may choose between receiving a full refund of the amount paid, or transferring their registration to a new date or another available course.
4. Right of Free Resolution
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of purchase, where applicable and provided the course has not yet started.
The exercise of this right must be communicated in writing to the email address indicated above.
